Received specialized training in digital information transfer technology operations (DITTO), and worked in the commercial, industrial and international trade industry for over 30 years in 22 foreign countries.

Nick favored Mining and Agricultural programs and founded TransAg, an Organic Food Production and Processing Corporation headquartered in the Caribbean Basin Region with annual revenues in excess of $25-million.  Trained in commodity transfer (trade counter-trade) technologies, and provided 'key' support and assistance for "proprietary products" joint venture and licensing negotiations with domestic and international clients.  Served as an EMC (Export Management Company) for more than 15-years through the U.S. Department of Commerce.
